DevX AssistOverview

DevX Assist

DevX Assist covers post-launch operations: running, observing, and changing software in production with guardrails and audit trails—restores, rolls, time-bound access, capacity, secrets, patches, and similar work that does not always ship in one big release cycle.

This section covers self-service actions (planned) and the AI Copilot for DevX Assist (monitoring and incident management today).

How it works

Ask in plain English; the agent plans, calls live org tools, screens the reply, and renders interactive surfaces—not walls of text.

StepWhat happens
AskType a question or pick a starter — e.g. “list my org agent skills”
PlanDevX agent streams reasoning and picks tools / specialists
ToolsOrg-scoped APIs for connectors, skills, prompts, memory, and docs
GuardrailsPolicies check the streamed response before it reaches chat
SurfacesInteractive cards and forms (A2UI) for lists, details, and confirmations

Connect Cursor and Claude to the same memory, skills, and connectors via Exemplar MCP — see Copilot for DevX Assist.
