Create and track incidents and maintenance windows, route alerts, run on-call workflows, and keep a timeline from detection through resolution and post-incident review—aligned with how you communicate externally (status pages, subscribers) and internally (teams, compliance). Link signals from monitors and observability, optionally drive auto-created incidents, and use AI SRE capabilities such as AI incident summaries where available in the product.
