Integration with Grafana

Use Grafana (alerting, contact points, or your chosen integration path supported by the product) to forward alerts into Exemplar so they can materialize as incidents with the right metadata, or to attach observability context to an ongoing response. The exact transport (webhook, API, managed connector) should match what the console and docs specify for your tenant.
