Auto create incident
Auto create incident lets you reduce manual toil by opening or updating an incident when a defined condition fires—for example a synthetic monitor in a failed state, or an alert from your observability stack. Configure rules so the right team is notified, severity maps to the signal, and the incident is linked to the same service board and status context you use for manual incidents.
